Q: How do I make an appointment?

A: All booking is done online - use the ‘Book Now’ button on this site.
A: Yes! Mirror Mirror gift cards are available at the treatment suite or online (click here to purchase online). You may choose to gift a dollar amount or specific treatment.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Please let us know at your earliest convenience of any adjustments to your scheduled appointment. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any scheduling changes or cancellations. Clients with less than 24 hours notice or no show appointments will be responsible for the cost of the scheduled services.
Q: I'm scheduled for a certain facial, but I'm not sure if that's the one I need.
A: All services are customized for each client. If your esthetician believes that your skin would benefit more from a different treatment, they will make the recommendation at your appointment.
Q: It's my first time waxing, how long does the hair need to be?
A: For body waxing, in order for the wax to grab the hair, it needs to be at least a quarter of an inch, ideally half an inch for first-timers. When in doubt, always err on more length rather than not enough. We recommend the proper length to ensure a thorough and comfortable wax.
For facial waxing, the hair can be a little shorter. If you are having your eyebrows shaped, please do not tweeze for at least the 3 weeks prior to your appointment. More hair is always better, as I can only remove it, not put it back!
